Hong Kong Tea House – Member Points Gift Redemption

Hong Kong Tea House members can use their accumulated points to redeem a variety of selected gifts. Please refer to the gift redemption list below for the points required for each item, and visit our stores where our staff will assist you with on-the-spot redemption.

Terms & Conditions for Points Gift Redemption

1. Eligible Members:
   This points gift redemption program is only applicable to Hong Kong Tea House members who have successfully registered. Points can be accumulated and redeemed using the registered email address or phone number.
2. Points Activation and Validity:
   Points earned from eligible purchases made via the online shop, physical stores, or mobile app will be activated approximately 5–7 days after the order is successfully completed.
   Points are valid until 31 December of the year following the year in which they are earned. Expired points will automatically become invalid and will not be reissued or extended. Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or used as change.

3. Redemption Channels:
   Points gifts can only be redeemed at designated Hong Kong Tea House retail stores and are currently not redeemable directly via the online shop or mobile app. Members must visit the store in person, and store staff will assist at the counter with the redemption process.

4. Redemption and Collection Arrangements:
   Members must collect their gifts immediately at the time of redemption. No proxy collection, reservation, or holding service is available. Gifts are in limited supply and available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
   If a particular gift is out of stock or discontinued, Hong Kong Tea House reserves the right to substitute it with a product of equivalent value or a similar item without prior notice. Gift images are for reference only; actual products shall prevail.

5. Member Verification and Security:
   To protect members’ interests, members must present the member page within the Hong Kong Tea House mobile app for verification when redeeming gifts. If a member can only provide a phone number verbally but cannot present the member account screen, the store may only arrange for points accrual for that transaction and reserve the right not to provide immediate points redemption.

6. Returns and Order Adjustments:
   If a transaction for which points have been awarded is later fully or partially refunded, Hong Kong Tea House reserves the right to deduct the corresponding points from the member’s account. If the account does not have sufficient points for deduction, Hong Kong Tea House reserves the right to refuse the refund or require the member to make up the difference by other means.

7. Store Credit and Other Offers:
   Points gift redemption generally cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, store credits, cash coupons, or designated promotional offers. Actual usage is subject to the in-store and system display. If other discounts or promotions are involved at the same time, Hong Kong Tea House reserves the final right of calculation and interpretation.

8. Account Monitoring and Misconduct Handling:
   During points accumulation, redemption, or usage, if any abnormal or suspected fraudulent activity is detected in a member account (including but not limited to malicious registration, abuse of offers, or fabricated transactions), Hong Kong Tea House reserves the right to immediately freeze or cancel the member account, revoke or deduct all unused points and related gifts, and cancel related transactions or orders, as well as pursue any related legal liabilities and claims.

9. Limitation of Liability:
   Members should inspect the condition of the gifts upon redemption. If there are any quality issues, they must inform store staff immediately for handling according to in-store arrangements. Once the gift has been collected and taken out of the store, it cannot be returned or exchanged for cash except as required by law. Hong Kong Tea House shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the gifts.

10. Amendments and Final Decision:
    Hong Kong Tea House reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the points gift redemption program and its terms and conditions at any time without prior individual notice. In case of any dispute, Hong Kong Tea House reserves the right of final decision. The latest version of the terms and conditions as published by Hong Kong Tea House shall prevail.
