Shipping Policy

Hong Kong / Macau: 2-4 business days, HK$50; free over HK$500. Mainland China / Taiwan: around 7 business days, HK$80; free over HK$800. Other regions: 7-21 business days (depends on destination), from HK$250, calculated by weight. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays; overseas timing may be affected by customs.
Ensure the address is complete and accurate; reshipment costs for loss/return due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are borne by the customer. Recipient must provide full name; overseas orders may require duties or customs fees. Use an English or bilingual address to improve cross-border delivery and customs efficiency.
